摘  要:通过珍珠岩、蛭石、草炭和红壤不同配比的8种育苗基质,对树番茄穴盘育苗的发芽指标、叶片数和苗高等数据进行统计分析。结果表明,不同基质处理对树番茄发芽影响显著,以处理红壤+草炭+蛭石(1∶1∶2)效果最好,发芽率可达81.25%,发芽势达81.25%,发芽指数达3.05,均高于其他处理组合;不同基质处理对树番茄苗高及叶片数影响极显著(sig.=0.000),播种34 d时,以处理红壤+草炭+蛭石+珍珠岩(1∶1∶1∶1)的平均苗高最大,为4.397 cm,平均叶片数最大,为3.92;叶片数与苗高之间有极显著相关性(r=0.803),随着叶片数的增加,苗高呈一定比例的增加。The effects of 8 nursery substrates of different rate of perlite, roseite, sand and red earth on the germination indexes,leaf number and plant height of Cyphomartdra betacea Sendtn plug seeding were investigated in this paper. The results showed that:Different substrates treatments had significant effect on the germination of Cyphomandra betacea Sendtn. In the dealing of E (earth: sand: roseite = 1: 1: 2),All indexes were higher than other treatments, with germination rate 81.25%, germinating potential 81.25%, and germination index 3.05. Different substrate treatment had extremely significant differences on the height of Cyphomandra betacea Sendtn. ( sig. = 0.000). Average seedling height was the highest,4. 397 cm. after Sowing 34 days in the dealing of G. Different substrates processing' s influence on the number of blade leaf significantly. And the average number of leaf was the highest ,3.92 in the dealing of G. The association between the number of blade leaf and seeding height was notable ( r = 0.803 ). With the increasing of the leaf number, the seedling height increased a certain proportion.
