摘　　要：文章就壮医经筋手法的十二经筋理论进行探讨,提出"松筋解结"手法的理论依据和操作方法,为手法治疗筋病痛证开辟一种新途径。In this paper,muscle meridian theory of Zhuang medicine was discussed to propose the theoretical basis and method of the tendon-loosing practice,and it has opened a new way for the manual therapy and muscle pain disorders.
