摘　　要：从祖国医学方面探讨了痰瘀与冠心病的关系,认为痰瘀互结是冠心病的主要病理基础,总结吾师运用大柴胡汤加减治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病,临床取得较好疗效。From our traditional medicine,it discusses the relationship between the phlegm with blood stasis and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.The author thinks that phlegm with blood stasis is the main pathological basis of coronary atherosclerotic artery disease,and summarizes professor WANG＇s experience by using modified Dachaihu Decoction to treat phlegm with blood stasis type of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,which achieves good clinical effect.
