摘　　要：张晓春教授运用玉屏风散加味治疗多种儿科疾病,效果显著。文章仅从小儿汗证、反复呼吸道感染、咳嗽、厌食、过敏性紫癜等方面举病案说明,并加以论述,体现张晓春教授辨证论治、异病同治的学术思想。This article mainly discusses professor ZHANG Xiao-chun＇s excellent clinical experience of using Modified Yupingfeng powder in the treatment on varieties of pediatric diseases,such as perspiration zheng,recurrent respiratory tract infection,cough,anorexia,allergic purpura of pediatrics.Besides,medical records are used to illustrate the experience,which demonstrates the practical medicine concepts：combination of diseases differentiation and syndromes differentiation and identification of etiology according to differenciation of symptoms.
