寿胎丸加味配合西药治疗早期先兆流产疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:寿胎丸加味治疗先兆流产的疗效。方法:将80例病例随机分为两组,治疗组口服寿胎丸加味配合口服西药黄体酮胶丸及肌注绒促性素。对照组口服西药黄体酮胶丸及肌注绒促性素。结果:治疗组40例,总有效率95%;对照组40例,总有效率77.5%,两组总有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:寿胎丸加味配合常规西药治疗先兆流产疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical observation of added Shoutai pill to treat threatened abortion.Methods：80 cases of patientswere divided randomly into treatment team（40 cases）and control team（40 cases）.The control team was treated with western medi-cine conventional therapy.The treatment was treated with Shoutai Pill on the basis of control.Results：The gross efficiency is 95% in treatment team and is 77.5%in control team.The treatment team is better than control team（P0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese medicine added western medicine had the obvious curative effect to treat threatened abortion.
