闹羊花素-Ⅲ对菜青虫海藻糖含量及海藻糖酶活性的影响

摘　　要：闹羊花素 Ⅲ (Rhodojaponin Ⅲ ,简称R Ⅲ )能显著降低 5龄菜青虫血淋巴和肌肉海藻糖含量。R Ⅲ以每虫 1～ 10 μg处理试虫后 6 0h ,血淋巴海藻糖酶活性明显受抑制。R Ⅲ对肌肉海藻糖酶活性的影响依剂量不同而异。处理后 6 0h内 ,10 μg处理时无明显影响 ,3～ 5 μg处理则有可逆性激活作用 ,1μg处理则在 6Changes of contents of trehalose and activity of trehalase in haemolymph and muscles when 5th larvae of Pieris rapae treated with Rhodojaponin?Ⅲ (abbr. R?Ⅲ) were studied under labortory condition. Contents of trehalose were significantly reduced in both haemolymph and muscles after 60 h treatment. After 60 h tested larvae were fed at 1～10 μg per larva, activity of trehalase in haemolymph was significantly inhibited. Situations, however, were different in muscles trehalase activity. It depends on R?Ⅲ dose larvae fed. After 60 h treatment, activity of trehalase in muscles wasn't affected significantly at 10 μg per larva, and was reversed activated at 3～5 μg per larva. While activity of muscle trahalase of larvae fed at 1 μg per larva was higher than control within 60 h treatment. \;
