中医及中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎进展

摘　　要：近年来小儿支原体感染发病率逐年增加,严重影响患者的生活质量。本病治疗首选大环内酯类抗生素,但具有明显的副作用。文章通过对近10年来中医及中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎文献的综述,发现中西医结合治疗本病具有治愈率高、副作用小、疗效持久等优点。In recent years,incidence rate of children with mycoplasma infection increasing every year.It seriously affects the quality of patient life.The first choice of treatment of the disease is macrolide antibiotics,but with significant adverse effect.This paper reviewed the treatment of Chinese medicine and integrative medicine of mycoplasma pneumonia of children over the past decade.And we found that the treatment of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine took an advantage of high cure rate,little adverse effects,and duration effect.
