摘　　要：通过进化神经网络提取评价指标集的相对重要度信息,依据指标特性与DEA有效性的关系,建立基于复合DEA的区域竞技体育效率评价方法;分析了区域竞技体育效率和影响决策单元无效的原因,为竞技体育可持续发展采取科学有效的调控措施提供重要的科学依据。The article aims at researching the efficiency influence of regional social and economic development on local competitive sports. The relatively important information of evaluation indexes are extracted by evolving the neural network and the evaluation method of regional competitive sports efficiency is established based on the composite DEA. The paper analyzes the efficiency of regional competitive sports and the reason that influences the ineffectiveness of decision unit in order to provide scientific references for the effective measures of sustainable development of competitive sports in China.
