美国体育保险特征透视及优化我国体育保险体系的路径

摘　　要：通过对美国体育保险的考察,较全面地介绍了美国体育保险的发展历史及其现状,并对美国体育保险体系运行的主要特征及功效进行了深入分析,指出优化、完善我国体育保险体系应借鉴其发展经验。在政府转换职能角色的基础上,加强体育保险立法,努力提高民众自觉投保意识,净化体育保险市场与环境,有效发挥我国体育保险体系的保障作用,为我国体育事业的发展保驾护航。Based on the investigation of the American sports insurance, the paper introduces the development history and present situation of American sports insurance, and analyzes the main characteristics and functions of American sports insurance. It is pointed out that China should learn from American sports insurance system so as to optimize and perfect its own sports insurance system. We should, on the basis of the transformation of the government functions, legislate sports insurance, strengthen people＇s insurance awareness, purify the insurance market and environment and exert the guarantee function of China＇s sports insurance system so as to protect China＇s sports development.
