委托经营型公共体育场馆监管体系的构建研究——以浙江省为例

摘　　要：文章以专家访谈法和实地考察法为主,分析浙江省委托型公共体育场馆经营模式的现状,梳理当前的监管现状与相关问题,从监管体系中的目标、原则、主体、内容、形式等进行分析,并根据实际存在的情况提出解决问题的办法,为委托经营型公共体育场馆监管体系的构建提供理论依据。The methods of expert questionnaire and on - the - spot investigations are adopted to analyze the present situation of the management mode of the entrusted operational public sports venues in Zhejiang Province and to explore the present supervision and the concerning problems. The paper analyzes the objective, the principle, the main body, the contents and the form, etc. of the supervision system and suggests some solutions based on the present situation so as to provide theoretical basis for the construction of supervision system of the entrusted operational public sports venues.
