摘　　要：采用文献资料、调查、数理统计等方法,对现阶段乡镇综合文化站开展体育工作情况进行调查与分析,提出应建立组织管理机构,制定相关配套政策法规;大力发展农村经济,提高农民素质;多方筹资,解决资金不足;加强组织管理,提高体育硬件设施的使用率;结合当地实际,开展丰富多彩的体育活动;加强培训,提高工作人员综合素质;严格考核,建立长效机制的发展对策。By using literature material, investigations and mathematical statistics, the paper investigates and analyzes the present sports undertakings of township cultural stations. It is suggested that we should establish the management institutions, work out the concerning policies and regulations, strive to develop rural economy so as to improve farmers＇ quality, raise funds by diverse channels to solve the problem of shortage of money, strengthen organization and management to improve the utilization ratio of sports hardware facilities. We should also conduct rich sports activities according to the local condition, strengthen training to improve the attendants＇quality and examine strictly to establish long- term development mechanism.
