摘 要:介绍高频振动重介质法在高固体容积浓度悬浮液中分选矿石的原理及特点,研究了应用效果与工作条件,并用于赞比亚氧化铜矿石的预选抛尾试验。试验结果表明,高频振动重介质法选用的重介质密度低,水耗少,可有效抛尾。This paper presents the principles and characteristics of high-frequency vibration dense medium technology when used in the high-volume concentration suspension, its application effect and working conditions were investigated, as well as it being used for the pre-concentration of a oxide copper ore of Zambia. The result of experiment shows that high-frequency vibration dense medium technology needs lower proportion of gravity dense medium, less consumption of water, and the tailings could be removed effectively.
