摘 要:为了研究石灰石粉对水泥基材料抗碳硫硅钙石侵蚀性的影响,将掺0%,16%和30%石灰石粉的试件在温度5℃、质量分数10%的MgSO4溶液中养护,然后对不同龄期试件进行力学性能测试,并对侵蚀产物进行X射线衍射、拉曼光谱定性分析及Rietveld方法定量分析.结果表明:在温度5℃、10%MgSO4溶液侵蚀环境下,纯水泥试件侵蚀产物中碳硫硅钙石占0.99%,掺16%和30%石灰石粉水泥试件中碳硫硅钙石分别占7.54%和12.68%,且随着石灰石粉掺量的增加碳硫硅钙石的生成量随之增多,发生碳硫硅钙石型硫酸盐侵蚀破坏的可能性增大.In order to study the effect of limestone powder on the resistance of thaumasite attack to cement-based materials, specimens made with addition of 0%, 16% and 30% limestone powder were stored in 10% magnesium sulfate solution at 5 ℃. Their strength were measured after different storage times. Reaction products were analyzed qualitatively by X-ray diffraction (XRD), laser Ra- man spectrum and Rietveld method. The results indicate that thaumasite accounts for 0.99% in the erosion products of pure cement specimens, and 7.54% and 12.68% respectively in the erosion products of 16% and 30% content limestone powder specimens in 10% MgSO4 sulfate solution at 5℃. This means that the resistance of thaumasite attack to cement-based materials becomes poorer with the increase of limestone powder content.
