摘 要:为了满足深井、超深井以及海洋深水钻井对井控技术越来越严格的要求,减少传统模型计算压井数据时存在的误差,通过深入分析传统模型,在前人研究的基础上,根据多相流质量守恒与动量守恒基本方程并结合相关辅助方程,建立了油气井多相流井控模型,分析了两种模型的优势与差异。实例计算结果表明,传统模型计算的压井过程中最大套压偏大,最大套压出现时间延迟,多相流井控模型较好地反映了压井过程中井筒真实流动情况,压井数据更加准确,基本与真实压井数据吻合。研究表明多相流井控模型更适宜于深井、超深井以及海洋深水钻井井控制作业时采用。With the development of the deep,ultra-deep drilling and deep water drilling,well control techniques have become increasingly demanding.In many cases,the traditional model resulted in big error for the calculation of the killing,and it couldn't meet the requirement of on-site construction.Therefore,through analyzing the traditional model and based on multiphase flow conservation of mass and momentum conservation equations with the relevant supporting basic equation,the multiphase flow well control model of oil and gas wells was established.At the same time,the differences between the two models were analyzed.The calculation results showed that the maximal casing pressure was higher than actual during killing by traditional model calculation,the multiphase flow well control model could truly reflect the fluid flow in well bore during killing,the multiphase well control model was more accurate than the traditional well control model.
