摘  要:苏里格气田气井普遍具有低压、低产、小水量的特点。近年来,在前期大量研究及试验的基础上,初步形成适合苏里格气田地质及工艺特点的气井排水采气技术系列。在产水气井助排方面形成了以泡沫排水为主,速度管柱排水、柱塞气举为辅的排水采气工艺措施;在积液停产气井复产方面形成了压缩机气举、高压氮气气举排水采气复产工艺。各项排水采气工艺措施的实施,有效确保了产水气井的连续稳定生产。文章对各项排水采气工艺措施在苏里格气田的适用条件、应用现状等进行了介绍,并结合苏里格气田气井产量低、数量多的实际,指出了排水采气工艺技术的技术发展方向,这对深化苏里格气田排水采气工艺技术的应用具有一定指导意义。Low-pressure,low-yield and small water were typically features of Sulige gas field.In recent years,based on the extensive research and testing at the early stage,a series of drainage gas recovery technologies suited for Sulige gas field were formed.In producing water gas well,the main drainage gas recovery technology was foam drainage,accessorial measures were coiled tubing drainage and plunger gas-lift drainage gas recovery technology.In stop production gas well for liquid loading,put back on production technology adopted the compressor gas-lift and high pressure nitrogen gas-lift drainage gas recovery technology.The application of drainage gas recovery technologies effectively ensured the continuous and stable production of producing water gas well.The suitable conditions and application status quo of drainage gas recovery technologies were presented in Sulige gas field,combining the actual cases of Sulige gas field,the improvement and development direction of drainage gas recovery technologies were suggested.
