摘  要:多级封隔器分段酸压技术在和田河气田得到成功的推广和应用。但该工艺分段数受到一定的限制,同时完井管串不能满足后期分层产能测试评价等要求。针对水平井多级封隔器分段酸压工艺局限性,首次引入连续油管拖动喷射酸压工艺并在现场应用,采用66.7mm连续油管和8孔×5.5mm喷嘴组合,最多分段数达到16段,工艺成功率100%,提高效率和安全性,增产效果显著。连续油管拖动喷射酸压工艺在和田河气田的成功应用,为气田水平井增产改造提供了有力的技术支撑。Multistage packer segregated fracturing technique with advantages of effective isolate and multistage reformation with one string and simple construction procedure has been considered as the key technique of horizontal well development in Tarim oilfield,and was successfully popularized and applied in hetian river gas field.However,the technique was affected by well depth and tool construction,and the number of segmentation were limited,as well as completion string couldn't meet the demand of layered deliverability test evaluation.Based on the limitations of multistage packer segregated fracturing technique in horizontal well,and researching new horizontal well segregated fracturing technique in domestic and overseas,and combining geologic features of reservoir,methods of drilling and completing,and technique needs,the coiled tubing jetting acid fracturing technique was firstly introduced and applied in well site.The technology used assembly of 66.7mm coiled tubing and 8×5.5mm nozzle,16 segmentations at most and 100% operation success ratio were obtained,the technique realized integral construction of perforation,acid fracturing and isolated interval,and improved the and safe,and increase production was remarkable.The successful application of the coiled tubing jetting acid fracturing technique in hetian river gas field provided enough technical support for stimulation of horizontal well.
