摘 要:济宁市太白楼东路洸府河大桥为双塔双索面混合式结合梁斜拉桥,中跨主梁由边箱、横梁、托架、小纵梁等组成,各钢构件采用高强螺栓连接。根据结构和施工现场特点,选用汽车吊悬臂拼装架设主梁。为了解该种架设方法的可行性,采用有限元法计算汽车吊吊装钢梁中最不利工况下主梁的局部受力,结果表明吊装过程中主梁受力满足规范要求,并针对偏载效应提出施工中有效解决偏载引起的钢梁扭转问题的措施。该桥实施结果验证,应用汽车吊架设钢梁方法可行,采用的抗扭转措施有效,取得了良好效果。The Guangfuhe River Bridge on East Taibailou Road in Jining city is a double-py- lon double-cable plane hybrid composite girder cable-stayed bridge, the intermediate span is com- posed of side box, cross beams, brackets and small longitudinal beams, and the steel members are connected by high strength bolts. According to the characteristics of the structure and the construction site, the main girder was erected by cantilever assembling by truck crane. To inves- tigate the feasibility of the erection method, the finite element method was used to calculate the local load bearing capacity of the main girder under the most unfavorable load case in the hoisting and erecting of the steel girder by truck crane. The results of the calculation show that the load condition of the main girder in the hoisting process meets the requirements, and in light of offset effect, precautions for the steel girder torsion problem caused by offset load are proposed. The results of implementation indicate that to erect steel girder by truck crane is feasible, the torsion resistant measures taken are effective and the construction achieves sound effect.
