摘  要:介绍了一种基于广数系统的宏指令实用变量化编程模式,以解决用普通数控编程方法加工同一品种、不同规格尺寸零件的耗时、耗力、低效益问题。以配备GSK980TD系统的经济型数控车床上采用宏程序编程来完成六种左、右旋向螺纹的车削加工为例,归纳出只需修改机床系统中部分变量的赋值数据,就可以直接运用同一程序,完成同品种、不同尺寸规格零件车削的宏程序运用方法,并给出了加工左、右旋多头梯形螺纹的宏程序编程要点、刀路设置方式及系统变量赋值表与车削加工工艺。This paper introduces an applied programming mode of macroprogram using variables based on Guangzhou CNC system. This method can be used to solve those time-consuming, laborious and inefficient problems caused by using common NC programming to machine the same kind of parts with various specs and sizes. By illustrating an example of six left rotary screws and right rotary screws equipped with GSK980TD system in economical NC lathe, this article gives a macroprogram application method that only need modify the assignment data of some variables, then can apply directly the same program to machine the same kind of parts with various sizes. In addition, this paper provides major programming techniques of macroprogram, tool path settings, assignment tables of system variables and turning processing technics.
