摘  要:随着电刷镀技术的不断发展和广泛应用,对镀层的厚度和沉积速率的要求越来越高。对可溶性阳极快速刷镀镍溶液的组成及工艺参数进行优化,探讨了提高可溶性阳极快速刷镀镍沉积速率的方法,比较了可溶性阳极快速刷镀镍溶液与不溶性阳极快速刷镀镍溶液的异同。Along with the continuous development and wide applications of brush plating technology, there are increasingly strict requirements on the thickness and deposition rate of the coatings. The bath compositions and process data for high-speed nickel brush plating with soluble anode are optimized. The methods for increasing the speed of high-speed nickel brush plating are explored. The similarities and differences between soluble anode high-speed nickel brush plating baths and insoluble anode high speed nickel brush plating baths are compared.
