摘  要:采用酸浸法对废铁料进行酸浸反应,制备硫酸亚铁电解液,再通过电沉积方法制备Fe50Co50合金。研究了酸浸条件对酸浸反应的影响以及工艺条件(电流密度、温度、pH值)对镀层的影响。通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和能谱仪对合金镀层的表面形貌、结构和成分进行分析。结果表明:电沉积所制得的Fe50Co50合金镀层平整、致密,晶粒细小,无孔洞及裂纹;镀层为置换固溶体和面心立方晶体结构;镀层中铁的质量分数为49.69%。The Fe50Co50 alloy was prepared in a ferrous sulfate electrolyte which was prepared with scrap iron through acid leaching reaction. The effects of acid leaching conditions on the acid leaching reaction and process conditions (current density, temperature and pH value) on the coating were investigated. The surface morphology, structure and composition of the alloy coating were analyzed by SEM, XRD and EDS. The results show that the eIectrodeposited Fe50Co50 alloy coating is smooth and compact, with fine grains, no pores and cracks. The coating is of substitution solid solution and facmcentered cubic crystal structure. The mass fraction of iron in the coating is 49.69 %.
