摘 要:测试了活化时间对镁合金化学镀镍层的沉积速率、表面形貌、显微硬度及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:当活化时间由1min增加到15min时,镀层的沉积速率变化不大;当活化时间为5min时,镀层表面的胞状物细小且分布均匀,微观缺陷数量较少,此时镀层的显微硬度最高、耐蚀性最好。The effects of activation time on the deposition rate, surface morphology, micro-hardness and corrosion resistance of electroless nickel coating on magnesium alloys were tested. The results show that when the activation time increases from 1 to 15 minutes, the coating deposition rate only changes slightly, while when the activation time is 5 minutes, the cell like things on coating surface are fine and evenly distributed, and micro-defects are fewer. At this time, the micro-hardness of the coating is the highest and the corrosion resistance is the best.
