骨科患者出院带药的合理用药调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查与分析骨科患者出院带药合理用药使用情况。方法用回顾性调查方法,抽取骨科手术室住院病人出院带药处方500份,填写预先设计好的表格,根据合理用药指标进行综合性分析。结果骨科5个科室出院带药,平均用药种类数为2.8种,抗生素使用率为43.2%,注射剂使用率为5.0%。同种主治功效的中成药联合用药存在使用过多和疗程过长的问题。结论骨科出院带药应规范,以促进合理用药。Objective To investigate analyze on rational drug use of the discharge medication of orthopaedic patients.MethodsA retrospective investigation was conducted.The 500 prescription of in-patients discharge medication in orthopedic surgery department was extracted and analyzed by using pre-designed forms and rational drug use indicators.ResultsThe average kinds of the discharge medications of orthopaedic patients was 2.8.The utilization rates of antibiotic and injection were 43.2%,5.0% respectively in five orthopedic departments.Similar effectes Chinese patent medicines combined with the others were used too much on the kinds of drugs and treatment duration.ConclusionIn order to rational drug use the prescription should conform with regular usage.
