摘 要:目的了解本地1-59岁不同人群的麻疹血清免疫水平现状,为消除麻疹制定策略提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,抽取1799人进行血清流行病学调查,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测麻疹抗体IgG。结果渝北区1~59岁人群麻疹免疫水平的总体阳性率为92.94%,1~9岁组的阳性率为95.58%,10--29岁组90.99%,30-59岁组为94%。城区人群的麻疹IgG阳性率为94.03%,农村为91.50%。结论渝北区10--59岁人群麻疹免疫总体水平没有达到消除麻疹应维持95%以上的要求,农村及10--29岁组更为显著。Objective To investigate the current levels of immunity to measles in the population at different ages in Yubei District of Chongqing, and to provide the scientific reference for making the strategies of measles elimination. Methods With stratified multistage cluster random sampling method, 1, 799 residents aged between I and 59 years were surveyed seroepi- demiologieally. The ELISA method was and to detect measles IgG antibody. Results The total positive rate of IgG antibody to measles virus in the surveyed population in Yubei District was 92.94%, the positive rates in the age groups of 1 - 9 years, 10 - 29 years, 30 - 59 years were 95.58%, 90.99%, and 94%, respectively. The positive rates of IgG antibody to measles virus in the surveyed urban and rural residents were 94.03% and 91.50%, respectively. Conclusions It does not meet the requirement of measles elimination which should be maintained above 95 % that the overall immune level of measles in the population aged between 10 and 59 years in Yubei District. And the levels of immunity to measles in the surveyed rural residents and the age group of 10 - 29 years are both significantly lower than the requirement of measles eradication.
