摘  要:目的了解门诊男性性病患者艾滋病知识知晓情况,通过比较不同特征患者知晓情况差异,探讨可行的综合干预措施。方法以首次在该综合医院皮肤性病门诊求诊、年满15周岁的男性性病患者为调查对象,问卷调查患者的社会人口学资料、艾滋病知识知晓情况。结果215例男性性病患者艾滋病知识知晓平均得分为9.19±2.697(全距0~12分),尤其是对艾滋病传播方式的知晓不足。不同年龄段、不同文化程度、不同个人月均收入水平、病情初发或复发以及不同初次性行为发生年龄间的男性性病患者艾滋病知识知晓得分差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论应根据不同特征的男性性病人群建立有效的、可及的健康教育措施,促进性病患者正确观念、性行为和求医行为的形成。Objective To survey the awareness of HIV/AIDS - related knowledge in male outpatients with STDs, and to explore the comprehensive'interventions through comparing the differences in the awareness of outpatients with different charac- terstics. Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted among the outpatients with STDs aged 15 yea and over initially consulted in dermatology & venereology department of a comprehensive hospital. The information of sociological characteristics and awareness of HIV/AIDS- related knowledge of the patients were investgated. Results Among 215 male outpatients with STDs, the average score of awareness of HIV/AIDS - related knowledge was 9.19± 2. 697 (ranged from 0 to 12 points), especially the shortage of awareness about the transmission route of HIV/AIDS. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of awareness about HIV/AIDS- related knowledge among the outpatients with different ages, different educational backgrounds, different individual incomes per month, incipient AIDS or AIDS relapse, and different ages of having sex for the first time (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Effective and available health education measures should be developed for STDs patients based on their different characteristics so as to promote the formation of their correct concepts, sexual behavior and health - seeking behavior.
