摘　　要：邻苯二胺磷酸盐与脂肪酸在无溶剂的条件下回流反应合成了苯并咪唑类化合物,其结构经IR确证。正交试验确定最佳反应条件为:邻苯二胺50 mmol,n(邻苯二胺):n(甲酸)=1.0:1.5,磷酸4 g,回流反应7 h。在最佳反应条件下做放大实验,产率89.3%。Benzimidazoles were synthesized by the reaction of o-phenylenediamine phosphate with fatty acids in solvent-free under reflux. The structure were confirmed by IR. The optimal reaction conditions from orthogonal experiment were as follows： o-phenylenediamine was 50 mmol, n（o-phenylenediamine） ： n（formic acid） was 1.0 ： 1.5, phosphate was 4 g, reaction time was 7 h.
