煤炭耗竭性资源可变参数定价模型构建研究

摘　　要：以霍特林法则和市场经济理论为依据,推导出煤炭耗竭性资源初始价格的可变参数定价模型,理论模型显示:煤炭资源初始价值与年煤炭资源储量增率、开发周期增长率、市场利率与开釆时间的乘积相关。釆用2002-2010我国煤炭初始价格与年煤炭资源储量增率、开发周期增长率、市场利率与开釆时间的乘积对该模型进行实证,结果表明3个解释变量对初始价格都有显著的作用,从而证明了本论文模型的正确性。On the basis of previous research, according to hotelling theorem and market e- conomy theory, Coal exhaustible resource pricing model with varying parameters was inferred, the theoretical model shows that coal initial price has a positive correlation with annual grown rate of coal reserves and exploitation period, the product of market interest rate and exploitation time. The relevant data of coal initial price, annual grown rate of coal reserves, exploitation peri- od and the product of market interest rate and exploitation time from 2002 to 2010 in our country is used to proved validity of this model. The result indicate that price can be influenced signifi- cantly by the above three variables.
