摘　　要：本文讨论了制度邻近性对技术标准合作绩效的影响机理,分析了制度邻近性和技术标准合作绩效的关系,并以闪联为案例研究对象,通过分析制度邻近性对闪联合作绩效的影响来探讨制度邻近性在闪联发展过程中的影响效应。在技术标准合作过程中,制度上的邻近能直接影响联盟的合作绩效,制度、意识等认知方面的了解能减少不必要的摩擦和分歧,从而增加技术标准合作绩效;在制度邻近性的作用下,加强制度标准约束,提高合作竞争力和维持管理秩序来促进隐性知识的传播,促进合作绩效的提升。This paper discusses the influence mechanism of institutional proximity to technical standard cooperative performance,and analysis the relationship between institutional proximity and technical standard cooperative performance.And then puts IGRS as the research object,discusses the effect of institutional proximity in the process of IGRS development by analyzing System adjacent performance mechanism to IGRS.In the process of technical standards cooperation,the similar institutional proximity directly influences the alliance’s cooperative performance,so the understanding of each system,consciousness can reduce unnecessary friction and differences,and can increase the technical standard cooperative performance;Under the function of institutional proximity,strengthening the system standard,improving the competitiveness and maintain management order can promote the spread of tacit knowledge and the promotion of cooperative performance.
