摘　　要：DOI系统本身具有局限性,难以满足我国实际需求和数字资源共建、共知、共享的需要。OpenDOI采用开放、自由、去中心化的架构,使用DC标准、多层等级结构和名称空间实现中文数字图书、数字期刊、数字报纸等数字对象的永久标识。通过免费提供OpenDOI给国内数字资源服务商、出版商、图书馆、个人等使用,可以构建我国数字对象注册解析系统和管理机制,整体推进国家信息资源基础设施建设。DOI system has limitations. It is difficult to meet the actual needs of china and the needs of digital resources co-building, promotion and sharing. OpenDO[ uses an open, free, decentralized framework. It uses DC standard, multi-level structure and name space （including Local Name and Naming Authority）. The Chinese digital books, journals, newspapers and other digital objects can use OpenDOI as permanent identification. OpenDOI is free for electronic resources providers, publishers, libraries and persons. OpenDOI can build China digital object registration system and management mechanism, and promote national information resources infrastructure.
