养阴疏风止咳方对咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察养阴疏风止咳方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将68例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为两组,即治疗组38例和对照组30例。治疗组以养阴疏风止咳方治疗,对照组以班布特罗口服液治疗。对治疗后临床有效性和咳嗽症状积分进行评价。结果:治疗组治疗后咳嗽积分较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率为92.1%,对照组总有效率为70.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养阴疏风止咳方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘较好疗效。Objective： To study the value of Yangyin Shufeng Zhike （YSZ） decoction on cough variant asthma （CVA） pa-tients. Methods： 68CVA patients were selected and divided into two groups randomly. Patients in Group A were given the routine treatment only while patients in group B were treated with YSZ decoction for 14 days. Comparing and evaluating the efficacy on these CVA patients, cough score was employed to determine according to the criteria. Results ： The good impact of YSZ decoction treatment used on patients in Group B was clear better than patients in group A. The total effective rate of the B group was 92. 1%, while the total effective rate of the A group was 70. 0% ; there was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： YSZ decoction has good clinical effect on treating CVA patients.
