颜氏益气聪明汤对于颈性眩晕的疗效评价研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察颜氏益气聪明汤治疗气虚痰瘀型颈性眩晕的疗效,初步探讨该方作用机制及应用前景。方法:将254例气虚痰瘀颈性眩晕患者随机分为三组,西药组采用敏使朗治疗,中药组采用颜氏益气聪明汤治疗,中西药组在西药组治疗基础上采用颜氏益气聪明汤治疗。三组分别治疗14天,随访3个月,从神经功能评分、眩晕程度、生活质量及中医证候积分等多方面综合评价颜氏益气聪明汤疗效。结果:三组患者治疗14天后神经功能评分、眩晕程度、生活质量及中医证候积分改善比较,中西医组优于中药组、西药组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);西药组与中药组之间治疗无显著差异(P>0.05)。三组患者随访3个月神经功能评分、眩晕程度、生活质量及中医证候积分改善比较,中药组和中西医组优于西药组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);中药组和中西医组相比差别无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:颜氏益气聪明汤配合敏使朗治疗气虚痰瘀型颈性眩晕疗效肯定,值得进一步研究。objective： Exploring the mechanism and application prospects of Yiqi Congming Decoction through observing its efficacy to treat cervical vertigo with Qi deficency and sputum silting up. Methods： 254cervical vertigo patients who were diag-nosed by TCM of Qi deficiency and sputum silting up, and randomly divided into three groups ： one group was cured with Meris-lon, the other was cured with “Yiqi Congming Decoction”, another was cured with integrate medicine. Evaluating the curative effective in nerve function score, vertigo degree, live quality and symptom scores over 14days and 3months in three groups. Re-sults： There were obvious differences among three groups in nerve function score, Vertigo degree, live quality and symptom scores over 14days, the integrate medicine group was superior to the western medicine group and Traditional Chinese Medicine group （P〈0. 05）, yet, there was not significant difference between the western medicine group and Traditional Chinese Medi-cine group （P〉0. 05 ）. There were obvious differences among the three groups in nerve function score, vertigo degree, live quality and symptom scores over 3months. Traditional Chinese Medicine group and the integrate medicine group were superior to the western medicine group （P〈0. 05 ）, yet, there was not significant difference between Traditional Chinese Medicine group and the integrate medicine group （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： It has positive effect to cervical vertigo patients with Qi deficiecy and sputum silting up which were cured with“Yiqi Congrning Decoction” and Merislon. and is worth researching furthermore.
