摘  要:目的研究乌鲁木齐市公务员职业倦怠流行现状,分析职业倦怠的影响因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法于2009-2011年抽取乌鲁木齐市639名公务员作为样本,使用适合中国国情的职业倦怠测量问卷进行职业倦怠问卷调查。结果公务员职业倦怠检出率较高,为82.75%,其中主要以轻、中度职业倦怠为主,检出率分别为43.38%和33.62%。情感耗竭、人格解体、成就感降低的检出率分别为17.77%、51.57%和62.37%。人口学资料显示,公务员在年龄、收入及学历方面的职业倦怠各维度以及总体得分存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示,职业倦怠的主要影响因素依次为社会支持、学历、年龄和收入,总贡献率为31.53%。结论乌鲁木齐市公务员职业倦怠情况较为严重,应对其提供有效的干预措施。Objective To measure job burnout in civil servants using questionnaires which is suitable for China's national conditions and to analyze their popular characteristic and influence factors. Method 639 civil servants were sampled with stratified cluster randomly methods. Questionnaires for job burnout were distributed to 639 civil servant. Result The detection rate of job burnout in civil servant is 82.75G. A mong them the lighe and moderate job burnout had higher detection rate which is 43.38% and 33.62%. The detection rate of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and lack of personal accomplishment were 17.77%, 51.57% and 62.37%. The demographic data showed that there were significant kind differences on the dimension of job burnout and scores in age, income and education (P〉0.05). Multiple regressionshows, the main influence factors of job burnout were social support, education,age and income. The total contribution rate is 31.53%. Conclusion Job burnout in civil servant are serious so we should provide the effective preventive measures.
