摘 要:为进一步减少烘丝机烘丝过程中产生的干尾烟丝量,研制了基于空气放大器的料尾自动吹扫装置。通过在SH313型滚筒管板式烘丝机入口增设料尾自动吹扫装置,同时在烘丝机PLC程序中增加相应的控制功能块FB,实现了料尾的自动吹扫功能。应用效果表明,烘丝机安装料尾自动吹扫装置后,每批次平均干尾烟丝量由20.32 kg降低到0.74 kg,每年可节约8.8×103kg烟丝,有效降低了烟丝消耗。To minimize the amount of over-dried cut tobacco during the finish of a drying operation, an automatic purging device was developed based on air amplifier. By installing an automatic purging device at the feed-in end of SH313 cylinder dryer and adding a relevant control function block FB in its PLC program to implement tobacco purging automatically at the end of a drying batch. The results of application showed that: average amount of over-dried cut tobacco during the finish of a drying batch reduced from 20.32 to 0.74 kg/batch, that meant about 8800 kg of cut tobacco could be saved every year.
