斯美地熏蒸土壤防除烟草苗床杂草和病虫害研究

摘　　要：:田间试验示范和室内外测定证明 :32 .7%斯美地 5 0ml/m2 能够有效防除烟草苗床常见杂草 ,其除草效果达 86 .1 % ,(与溴甲烷效果相当 ) ,比手工除草节约用工率 84.3%。斯美地 5 0 ,75 ,1 0 0ml/m2 的除草效果差异不显著 ,其用药量以 5 0～ 75ml/m2 为宜。斯美地能够有效防治地老虎 (防效达 88.6 % ) ,并且与溴甲烷一样能杀死土表至 2 0cm土层深的根结线虫。斯美地对烟种出苗安全 ,对施药人员安全 ,施药后只需在土壤平铺地膜覆盖即可 ,使用方便 ,成本低。A field trial and demonstration, and indoor and outdoor tests showed that soil fumigation with SMDC (32.7%) at the rate of 50 ml/m 2 can effectively control the common weeds in tobacco seedbeds, its controlling effect being comparable to that of methyl bromide (86.1%), Compared with control by hand, soil fumigation saved labor by 84.3%. Since no significant difference in weed control was observed between the three rates used in the study (50, 75 and 100 ml/m 2), the rates of 50ml/m 2-75 ml/m 2 are recommended. SMDC also appeared highly effective in the control of cutworm in the seedbeds, its controlling effect being 88.6% and, like methyl bromide, killed root-knot nematodes in the 0 cm-20 cm soil layer. The chemical proved safe for the germinating tobacco seeds and the persons who did the application. It is simple to use and low in cost, for it only requires mulching of the seedbed with a plastic film after chemical application.
