芦荟的组织培养

摘　　要：以美国“翠叶”芦荟 (A .barbadensisMill)为试材 ,研究芦荟的组培快繁 ,结果表明 ,无菌材料的获得以MS +BA3 +NAA0 .2 为最佳。快速繁殖阶段以MS+BA1+Ad5+NAA0 .2 +5 0g/L蔗糖为最佳 ,既有利于芽苗增殖 ,又有利于芽苗长高。生根培养用 1 /2MS +BA0 .1+IBA2～ 3 ,1 0～ 1 5天内可长出 3～An experiment was made with an American variety of Aloe barbadensis Mill. to investigate the optimum conditions for tissue culture and rapid propagation of Aloe spp. The optimum medium appeared to be MS supplemented with 3 mg/L 6 BA and 0.2 mg/L NAA for the induction of virus free adventitious shoots, MS supplemented with 1 mg/L 6 BA, 5 mg/L adenine, 0.2 mg/L NAA and 50 g/L sucrose for proliferation, and 1/2 MS supplemented with 0.1 mg/L 6 BA and 2～3 mg/L IBA for rooting.
