饲粮因素对早期断奶仔猪结肠组织结构的影响  

EFFECTS OF DIETARY FACTORS ON COLONIC STRUTURE CHANGES IN EARLY-WEANED PIGS

摘　　要：选用 2 6日龄断奶的长白X荣昌杂交仔猪 (平均体重 4.8kg) ,研究饲粮类型、饲粮粗蛋白质 (CP)水平 (常规CP水平和氨基酸平衡的低CP水平 )和饲粮中添加抑菌促生长剂对早期断奶仔猪结肠结构的影响。结果显示 :(1 )采食全植物蛋白型饲粮 (CP2 1 .6 % )de的仔猪结肠组织病变指数显著高于采食复合蛋白型饲粮的仔猪 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (2 )与采食常规CP水平 (2 1 .8% )饲粮的仔猪比较 ,低CP(1 7.8% )氨基酸平衡饲粮可使结肠组织病变指数降低 (P >0 .0 5 )。 (3)饲粮中添加高锌 (0 .2 5 %ZnO形式的Zn)可显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )断奶仔猪的结肠组织病变指数 ,添加 0 .0 0 3%喹乙醇也有降低病变指数的趋势 (P >0 .0 5 )。试验结果表明 ,复合蛋白型饲粮。Landrance X Rongchang crossbred pigs weaned at 26 days of age with an average body weight of 4.8 kg were used to study the effects of dietary type (cereal protein diet vs.complex protein diet),protein level (conventional protein level diet vs. low protein, amino acid-balanced diet) and dietary supplementation of bacteria-inhibiting growth promotors on colonic structure changes in early-weaned pigs. Young pigs fed with cereal protein diet exhibited higher colonic lesion score (P<0.05) than those fed with complex protein diet.Compared with conventional protein diet (crude protein being 21.6%), low protein, amino acid balanced diet (crude protein being 17.8%) reduced colonic lesion score (P<0.05). High-Zn diet 0.25% Zn in the form of Zn0) reduced colonic lesion score (P<0.05). Enrichment of the diet with 0.003% olaquindox, a bacteria-inhibiting growth promotor, also reduced colonic lesion score (P<0.05).
