摘 要:以新几内亚凤仙花种子无菌萌发的试管苗为材料,探讨了激素对芽增殖、生根以及试管内开花的影响。结果表明:芽增殖最适培养基为MS+0.5mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA,35d顶芽增殖倍数为3.0,侧芽增殖倍数为5.3,生根率同步达100%;试管内诱导开花的最适培养基为MS+2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA,其开花率达90%,平均每颗苗开花数为2.2朵,花期长达60d。Embryo bud of Impatiens hawkeri was cultured on hormone--free MS medium for proliferation and flowering in vitro. The results showed that the optimum medium of shoots proliferation was MS + 0.5mg/l. 6-BA -I-0.5mg/L NAA;the proliferation coefficient of terminal bud was 3.0,bul lateral budding was 5.3 for thirty--five day. In addition, the percentage of rooting was 100% synchronously. The optimum medium of flowering in vitro was MS+ 2.0mg/I. 6--BA +0.2mg/I. NAA. The percentage of flowering reached 90% and the average flowers per tissue culture seedling was 2.2 as well as flowering for sixty days.
