摘　　要：以我国煤炭龙头企业外汇风险为案例,对企业经营中涉及的所有外汇风险点进行了全面分析,并针对这些风险点给出合理的风险管理策略建议。Taking the foreign exchange risks of the coal leading enterprises in China as a case, a full analysis was conducted on the all related foreign exchange risks in the enterprise operation. According to those risks with the foreign exchange risk control theory, the proposals on the rational risk management strategy were provided.
