摘 要:采用共沉淀法,以Mg2Al-NO3-LDHs为主体,利用水滑石层间阴离子的可交换性,通过离子交换法合成诺氟沙星柱撑水滑石。讨论了诺氟沙星柱撑水滑石在不同pH值条件下的体外释放效果。采用FT/IR、XRD、SEM技术对产物的结构进行了表征,采用TG-DSC技术对产物的热稳定性进行研究,同时通过紫外-可见分光光度计和片剂四用测定仪检测其体外释放效果。诺氟沙星阴离子被插入水滑石层间,其在pH=8.4时有较好的释放效果。结果表明,水滑石是很好的药物载体。A drug-inorganic composite involving an norfloxacin intercalated Mg-Al layered double hydroxides was prepared with coprecipitation and ion-exchange methods. Mg2A1-NO3-LDHs were prepared by coprecipitation methods. Norfloxacin pillared hyarotalcite was synthetized by ion exchange method with Mg2A1-NO3-LDHs as raw materials. The structures of products were characterized by FT/IR, XRD and SEM, the thermal stability was characterized by TG-DSC, and in vitro release behavior was studied by UV spectrophotometer and tablet four-detector. The results show that norfloxacin anion had been inserted into hydrotalcite layers, and it has a better in vitro release behavior at pH=8.4. It has a good invitro release effect when norfloxacin is inserted into LDHs which is a good drug carrier.
