钢铁物流产业园区建设存在的问题及相关立法建议——以唐山钢铁物流产业园区为例

摘　　要：通过对我国当前钢铁物流产业园区发展现状的分析,揭示钢铁物流产业园区发展的必要性以及制约我国钢铁物流园区发展的瓶颈因素,以唐山钢铁物流产业园区发展为实例,从立法角度提出促进我国钢铁物流产业园区发展的可行性建议。By analyzing current development of iron and steel logistics industrial park, the necessity of such park and the bottlenecks restraining the development of such parks in China is revealed. At last, taking Tangshan Iron and Steel Logistics Industrial Park as example, legislative suggestions are given to promote development of iron and steel logistics industrial parks in China.
