摘　　要：阐述了面向 2 1世纪的江苏水稻生产要强化全局农业、现代农业和科教兴农 3个观点 ,明确了实现江苏水稻生产可持续发展的战略思路 ;提出了稳步推进江苏水稻生产可持续发展的 6条基本对策 ,并指出了实现江苏水稻生产可持续发展的It was expounded that Three ideologies, over\|all agriculture, modern agriculture and the agriculture promoted by science\|education, should be strengthened for Jiangsu rice production facing to 21st century, and the strategical thoughts for realizing the sustainable development of Jiangsu rice production were explained. Then six essential countermeasures were put forward, and three safeguards pointed out to realize the development of Jiangsu rice production.
