摘 要:辽阳市某商务综合楼塔楼是一幢椭圆形平面高层办公楼,其平扭耦联周期比较接近,制约了建筑平面的布置。对其弹塑性抗扭转性能进行了深入对比分析,表明通过合理的结构布置,未设置端跨纵向抗扭转剪力墙的塔楼在多遇和罕遇地震作用下均具有较好的抗扭转性能;分析并验证了塔楼周期比,偏心率与扭转效应θr/u之间的关系,提出规范以周期比作为结构的扭转控制指标有其不够合理的地方,建议考虑直接以θr/u作为扭转效应的主要控制指标。最后,对于平扭耦联周期比较接近结构的抗扭设计提出了一些建议,可供同类工程设计参考。The Tower of Liaoyang Commercial Complex Building is a flat oval-shaped high-rise office building which has approximate lateral-torsional coupling periods,and its construction plane layout is restricted by the period ratio.A thorough comparative analysis on its elasto-plastic anti-torsion property showed that the tower without anti-torsion longitudinal shearwalls has good resistance to torsion under conventional or rare earthquake action through a rational structural layout.The relationship between period ratio,eccentricity and torsional effect of the tower was analyzed and verified in this paper,it is proposed that it is not reasonable by taking period ratio as a torsional effect control index in the code,and it is suggested that the θr/u can be considered as a main index of torsion control.Finally,some suggestions about anti-torsion design were given for structures which have approximate lateral-torsional coupling periods.
