摘　　要：目的通过检测红细胞1型补体受体(CR1)在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者中的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术检测50例SLE患者和30例健康对照者红细胞CR1表达的水平,并对SLE患者病情活动程度行SLE疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)积分,分为活动期组与稳定期组,同时将活动期组红细胞CR1表达与稳定期组相比较;并分析SLE活动度指标与CR1表达的相关性。结果①SLE患者组红细胞CR1表达明显低于健康对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②SLE患者活动期组红细胞CR1表达明显低于稳定期组,两组间CR1表达有显著性差异(P<0.01)。③SLE患者SLEDAI积分与CR1表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.971,P<0.01)。结论 SLE患者红细胞CR1表达的变化与疾病活动有明显的相关性,可以作为评判SLE病情活动的指标之一。Objective To explore the expression of complement receptor type 1（CR1）in the peripheral blood red cells（PBRC）of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）and its potential significance. Methods CR1 level was detected in PBRC from 50 SLE patients and 30 normal controls by flow cytometry（FCM）.The disease activity in SLE patients was evaluated by SLE disease activity index（SLEDAI）.The correlation between SLEDAI and the expression of CR1 on erythrocytes in SLE was analyzed.T-test was used for inter-group comparison and Pearson linear analysis was used for correlation analysis. Results The expression of CR1 in PBRC of SLE patients was significantly lower than that of normal controls（P0.01）.The expression of CR1 in PBRC in active SLE group was significantly lower than that in stable SLE group（P0.01）.A significantly negative correlation was found between SLEDAI scores and the expression level of CR1 on erythrocytes in SLE patients（r=-0.971,P0.01）. Conclusion The expression level of CR1 on PBRC in SLE patients is significantly correlated with disease activity,and can be evaluated as an index of SLE disease activity.
