摘　　要：我国西部某隧洞工程采用TBM施工,设计断面为圆形,六边形预制钢筋混凝土管片衬砌,衬砌后内径为6.0m,洞段长度23.7 km,历时4年零2个月。文中详细论述了隧洞开挖过程,管片安装过程,豆砾石回填灌浆过程中及不良地质洞段施中的工程质量监理控制。In a tunnel project which is located in the west of our country,the TBM technique was used to construct its tunnel.Its design cross section is circle type,the lining is composed with reinforced concrete hexagonal segments.Its diameter after lining is 6 m,the length of tunnel is 23.7 m.To complete this project lasted for 4 years and 2 months.The paper expounds all of the engineering supervision control jobs in the entire construction processes including tunnel excavation process,segment installation process,pea gravel filling grouting process and constructing process in the tunnel reach having bad geologic condition.
