摘 要:高压直流转换开关是高压直流输电系统中的关键设备,直流电流的分断需要采取一定措施产生人工过零点以创造熄弧条件,这和交流电流的分断是不同的。以特高压直流输电工程为应用背景,计算得出用于特高压直流输电系统直流转换开关的研制目标;采用无源型自激振荡原理,和断口串联型式的技术路线;通过理论分析和仿真计算,合理选取特高压直流转换开关的元件参数。研究开发的分断试验回路对特高压直流转换开关分断直流电流的性能进行验证,结果表明:样机在20ms内能够成功分断5.3 kA的直流电流,分断性能达到要求;残压试验和能量吸收性能均通过试验验证。Considered as the key component in the HVDC transmission systems, the DC transfer switch needs to interrupt the DC current, which is different in a way that DC current does not show natural zero current point; to interrupt the dc current, one has to form the current to a zero point in order to quench the arc. In this paper, a DC transfer switch based on passive self-oscillation principle was developed. The goals of the transfer switch used in UHVDC transmission systems were proposed, and the technique route of developing this transfer switch was given. Though theoretical analysis and simulationcalculation, the parameters of the component of the transfer switch were selected. To verify the function of the interrupting DC currents, a test system was established. The developed prototype of the transfer switch performed well in the test, interrupted 5.3kA DC current, satisfied the requirement of UHVDC transmission systems. The characteristic of surge arrester was verified by the residual voltage test and the energy absorb test.
