摘  要:盆栽试验结果表明,单独根瘤菌拌种虽可增加花生单株根瘤的数量和重量,提高叶片含氮量,但荚果增产并不显著;根瘤菌拌种+有机肥或钼肥处理,不仅可增加单株根瘤的数量和重量,提高花生叶片含氮量,同时植株高度、分枝数、单株结果数、饱果率及总生物产量等都有不同程度的提高,荚果增产显著。根瘤菌与有机肥或钼肥存在较大的交互效应,生产中使用根瘤菌拌种时,应注意适当增施有机肥和钼肥。The results of pot experiment showed that seed dressing with rhizobia could increase the number and weight of nodules per plant and the nitrogen content in leaves, however, the increasing of pod yield didn't reach significant level. The mixed application of rhizobia and organic fertilizer or Mo fertilizer increased not only the number and weight of nodule per plant and nitrogen content in leaves, but also the plant height, branch number, pod number per plant, rate of full pod and total biological yield in different degrees, so it significantly increased the pod yield of peanut. In conclusion, there were obvious interactions between peanut rhizobia and Mo or organic fertihzer. It should be paid more attention to applying organic fertilizer and Mo, when seed dressing with rhizobia was adopted in peanut production.
