摘 要:以山东省农业科学院作物研究所库存的850份小麦资源为试材,研究了在大田条件下不同种质对成株期小麦白粉病的抗性,采用种植感染行和浇水相结合的方法诱发白粉病,结果有41份小麦材料表现不同程度的成株期抗性。针对这41份小麦种质,在温室条件下,接种济南地区混合白粉病菌种,进行苗期抗性鉴定,结果有5份材料表现抗性。该研究为小麦白粉病抗性育种提供了有效的抗源和亲本材料。The resistance of 850 wheat germplasms conserved in the Crop Research Institute of Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences to powdery mildew at adult stage was identified through the method combined planting susceptible cuhivar with watering in field. The results showed that there were 41 germplasms showing different levels of resistance to powdery mildew at adult stage. Then the 41 wheat germplasms were used for resistance identification at seedling stage by inoculated the mixed strains of powdery mildew from Jinan regions under greenhouse conditions. The results showed that 5 germplasms were resistant to powdery mildew at seedling stage. This study provided useful .materials and parents for wheat breeding with powdery mildew resistance.
