摘 要:目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy),半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cystatin C)和N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴发糖尿病肾病(DN)的关系。方法:根据24h尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)将150例2型糖尿病患者分为正常蛋白尿组、微量蛋白尿组、临床蛋白尿组。另选50例作为正常对照组。检测血清同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cystatin C)和尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)。结果:糖尿病肾病各组血清Hcy、Cystatin C及尿NAG水平较正常对照组升高。结论:血清Hcy、Cystatin C及尿NAG与糖尿病肾病有关,且其水平与糖尿病肾病的程度呈一致性。它们的水平可作为糖尿病肾病病情监测指标。Objective:It is to discuss the relationship of homocysteine,Cystatin C and urine N-acetyl-β-D-glu-cosaminidase(NAG) with type 2 diabetic(T2DM) concomitant with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:150 patients with T2DM were divided into normal proteinuria group,microalbuminuria group and clinical proteinuria group according to 24 hours urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER).50 normal persons were chosen in normal control group.Then serum homocysteine,Cystatin C and urine N-acetyl-β-D-glu-cosaminidase(NAG) were detected.Results:The serum levels of Hcy and usCRP in T2DM groups were obviously higher than that in normal control group,and the levels were heightened with the increment of albuminuria.Conclusion:Serum Hcy,Cystatin C and urine NAG have relationship with DN,and their levels are correlated with the degree of DN.The levels of Hcy,Cystatin C and usCRP can be used as the pathogenetic condition monitoring index of DN.
