山东省体育裁判员现状及发展对策研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,从人数、等级、年龄、学历、项目分布等方面对山东省体育裁判员的发展现状进行了深刻的研究,发现存在的问题与不足,并提出相应的对策与措施,旨在加强山东省体育裁判员队伍建设和管理.By means of documentary, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper made a deeply analysis from the number, rank, age, education, distribution and other aspects on current condition of the referees of Shandong Province. It found the problem and proposed measures in order to strengthen the referee team construction and management in Shandong Province.
