苏州地区758例^(14)C-尿素呼气试验阳性结果探讨

摘　　要：目的通过14 C-尿素呼气试验对苏州地区60岁及以上老年人健康体检群体进行幽门螺杆菌(Hp)检测,了解这个群体Hp的感染率,为今后在这方面开展工作提供参考。方法通过对老年人进行14 C-尿素呼气试验并进行问卷调查。结果老年人Hp感染率为65.91%。感染人群配偶中14 C-尿素呼气试验阳性率为80.58%,其配偶Hp感染率显著高于Hp阴性者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论苏州地区老年人Hp感染率存在家族聚集现象,14 C-尿素呼气试验可用于老年人。Objective To understand the infection rate of helicobacter pylori（Hp） among old people for the reference in the future,by 14C urea breath test（14C UBT） in Suzhou. Methods Residents older than 60 were investigated through household questionnaire in different areas of Suzhou and then all of them were taken 14C UBT. Results The infection rate of Hp in old people was 65.91%. The positive rate of 14C urea breath test in spouses of Hp-positive old people was significantly higher than that in spouses of Hp negative old people（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The infection rate of Hp among old people in Suzhou is relatively high. Attention should be paid and 14C urea breath test is also suitable for the old.
