摘　　要：目的对广西21家美沙酮维持治疗(MMT)门诊的受治者6个月的治疗效果进行评价。方法采用队列研究设计。在广西21家MMT门诊,选择自愿参加调查、新接受社区MMT的海洛因成瘾者1 123名,用第5版成瘾严重性指数量表中文版(ASI-C),通过面对面访谈的方式,测量受治者进入MMT时的成瘾严重性指数作为基线资料,对治疗满6个月的受治者进行随访调查,评价治疗效果。结果受治者经过6个月的MMT,ASI-C的7项维度评分,除躯体健康、酒精成瘾维度外,MMT受治者的药物滥用、教育就业、家庭社会、违法犯罪和精神心理等其他5项维度的评分明显低于基线评分(P<0.01)。结论自愿接受MMT的海洛因成瘾者可减少毒品使用、改善精神心理健康、促进就业和减少违法犯罪行为。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of 6-month methadone maintenance treatment （ MMT ） for heroin addicts. Methods Cohort study design was used. Totally, 1 123 heroin addicts who had been treated with methadone no mo re than one month were recruited into eight MMT clinics in Guangxi Autonomous Region, with signed informed consent and followed-up during March 2009 and July 2009. Face-to-face interview was conducted to collect information about their addiction severity at baseline and follow-up with the 5th edition of Addiction Severity Index, Chinese Version （ ASIC ） to evaluate the effectiveness of MMT. Results Overall composite scores （CSs） of ASI-C and varied CSs in five domains of ASI-C, i.e., education and employment, drug addiction, legal status, family and social status, and psychiatric status in the clients all decreased after sixmonth MMT, as compared to those at hase line （ P〈 0.01）. Conclusion MMT can help clients reduce illegal drug use and criminal behavior, improve psychological health and promote employment.
